Never had issues with shoes from this place, even as a kid. If I bought shoes from anywhere else, they fail within a few months. But my shoes last 1+ years from here.

So, I came to the store to exchange and they didn't have my size in the store. so They had to order it and have it shipped to my house. Well believe it or not, it was delivered the next day. It's unbelievable how fast they ship your shoes out.

We went in looking for 12.5 men's tennis shoes and hiking boots. We had checked several stores and apparently they aren't as common as one would think. The woman who checked us out was great and made sure to check the shoes to make sure the sizes were the same, which I never think of. She also signed me up for the rewards, which comes in handy with a teenager that is still growing. We will definitely be back.

Wide selection of shoes for everyone. Sale was pretty solid for holiday times. Employees were very knowledgeable and willing to help. Went out of their way to help over the phone. Found the last pair of a shoe for me and held it until I was able to come in and purchase it.

We always have a good experience at Rogans. I was there today and met Austin. He was extremely helpful, it made things easier, with trying to find a shoe that would work best for me with having a brace! Very knowledgeable employee. Thank you Austin

They have great styles and a large selection to choose from for all ages. Work boots, soccer cleat, sandals, and more. I seriously find the buy one get one half off sale that is always going on to be a game changer for me. Alongside a great staff to help you find sizes or get a pair ordered in your size that can then be delivered right to your door. Rogan's shoes is a must stop shop.

They have a lot of shoes and they sort of had some that I wanted. Not exactly but close enough. Then you pretty much have to buy a second pair to get a discount on the cheaper pair. It's a gimmick to get you to spend more money.

Selection, quality, and pricing is very competitive. The staff that were available that day were courteous and friendly. It was obvious they enjoyed their job. Only suggestion would be to have several postings that the half off can be used on a separate occasion. Sometimes you're not always shopping for two pairs of shoes. And most people don't know that the discount can be used later.
